What should I do if Quick Repair doesn't solve it?

If you're experiencing problems with PerfectIt and repairing Microsoft Word didn't help, re-installing Word is easy to do and solves most issues. These instructions apply to Office 2010 and above.

Close any Office applications you have open. Right-click on the Start button and select Apps and Features.

Locate Microsoft Office in the list and click on it. Select Modify.

Choose Online Repair and click Repair. Follow the on-screen instructions. The repair process will take a little while to complete.

Once Microsoft Office has finished re-installing you can open Word. Confirm your Microsoft account details to continue.
