What do I do if I get the error message "Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x5"?

This message means that you're using either:

• Office 2010 or above (64-bit edition): In this case, we recommend upgrading to PerfectIt 5 which is compatible with this edition. Alternatively, you can install the 32-bit edition of Office which is compatible with PerfectIt 1.
• Office 2010 Starter: PerfectIt won't work with the Office 2010 Starter. We recommend buying a full version of Office.
